Professional Teacher Development Workshop

The Professional Teacher Development Workshop focuses on group teaching techniques and the use of technology as a teaching tool. The workshop will cover all types of repertoire: Classical, Jazz/Pop/Ensemble.

Courses will include:

  • Using Technology as a Teaching Tool
  • Group Teaching Methods for both Children and Adults
  • Repertoire-Classical, Jazz, Pop, Ensembles
  • Teaching Functional Piano Technique
  • Practical Theory, Keyboard Harmony, Ear-Training, Chord Functions, Form and Analysis
  • Lesson Planning, Studio Management and Development
  • Teaching Improvisation
